Knightstone Property were given the opportunity to deliver a full renovation of this site from a traditional Victorian 2 bed house with 2 adjoining 2 bed flats. Into a modern and sleek rental compiling of a 3-bed property with 3 en-suits and 2 adjoining 2 bed flats. 

Scope of Work: the project required a new roof spanning all properties, new utilities, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, full re-wire across the site, decoration of the internal and external, 3 new boilers and plumbing systems as well as a new internal layout to increase rental appeal.
